Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No. The images shot are narrowed down according to our own personal standards. This process gives attention to several details such as lighting, posing, focus, style consistency, etc. 

Do you edit all of the images delivered to me?
Absolutely! Every image you will receive has been hand edited according to our style, one at a time, without mass production. 

Do you shoot "destination weddings"?
While Two Ferns is based out of Southwest Florida, we serve clients all over the world. We love to travel! If you are planning a wedding outside of the SWFL area, contact us to get more information!

HELP! I'm unsure how many hours of coverage I will need.
No worries! Sometimes it may be difficult to fully understand the necessary timeline of your wedding day. During your meet and greet consultation, we will talk about your day and recommend the coverage to best suit your needs.

I want to look my best on my wedding day. Do you offer hair and makeup services?
We work closely with a professional hair and makeup artist. If you desire to add this service on to your wedding collection, please let us know as soon as possible so we can check for artist availability. 

Can you recommend a florist? Videographer? DJ? 
Planning your wedding can be stressful, and we understand how much time it can take to weed out all of the vendors available to you. For your convenience, we have put together a "hot list" of all our favorite wedding vendors. This list only contains vendors that we have personally worked with and recommend. You will find your hot list in your wedding welcome pack.

Do you have payment plans?
The photographs from your wedding day are some of the only few tangible items you will have when your day has come and gone. We believe every bride and groom should have the opportunity to choose a quality photographer. We have interest-free installment plans available for your financial convenience. 

Are digital files included?
All pre-designed wedding collections include high resolution digital images. Depending on the collection you have chosen, these images may be delivered via digital download link OR custom USB. A written print release can be provided to you upon request.

How many images will I receive?
We focus on image quality, in lieu of image quantity. The number of images you receive is dependent on the flow of your wedding day timeline and the coverage chosen. That said, you can expect to receive, on average, 40-50 fully edited images per hour of coverage.

What type of sessions do you offer?
Two Ferns offers several different session types, however we do specialize in lifestyle, couple, and wedding photography.

What will it be like? Will you pose us?
During your portrait session, I will focus strongly on capturing raw emotions and genuine moments. While at some points it may require gentle instruction to elicit those moments, your session will feel mostly "candid". 

Let's do this! How do I book a portrait session?
Before we book your session, I prefer to schedule a meet and greet "consultation". During this meeting, I will get to know you, we will ask and answer questions, and reserve your portrait date. This meeting can be scheduled either in a neutral place (like Starbucks) or in your own home.

*If you are not local or are unable to meet in-person, phone/skype meetings are available, too!

I want to look my best. Do you offer hair and makeup services?
Sure do! We work closely with a professional hair and makeup artist available to you for your portrait session. If you desire to add this service on to your portrait experience, please let us know at your in-person consultation. 

How long will my portrait session last?
I prefer not to put a time constraint on any session, as every experience is unique. However, most standard portrait sessions run approximately one hour. If you have chosen an experience with hair and/or makeup included, please expect an additional hour prior to the beginning of your portrait session. Lifestyle sessions run approximately two hours.

What is included?
For all sessions, the creative fee is due upon booking and includes the following: time spent shooting your session, custom hand editing of your image gallery, a styling consultation, an in-person image reveal, and a product credit (credit amount varies depending on session type). 

What is an "in-person image reveal"?
Soon after your portrait session, we will schedule a time for your image reveal session. This session is generally held in the comfort of your home, but can be held in a neutral place if necessary. During this session, we will view your edited image gallery in a beautiful musical slideshow. After loving your images, I will help you to choose the images you would like to purchase. You will get to see and feel the amazing handcrafted art products available to you from our signature line.

Are digital files included?
With every image you choose to purchase in fine art products, you will also receive a shareable web file of that image. This file has been sized and optimized specifically for web viewing and will contain our logo. High resolution digital files specifically for printing purposes are not included, but can be purchased separately, if desired.
